12:00-3:00pm: A MIND, BODY, SPIRIT APPROACH TO EMOTIONAL HEALTH

3:00-6:00pm: Free Time (hike, sauna, read, rest/restore)

6:00-7:00pm: Evening Meal at Wild Rice Retreat

Objectives of This Retreat:
 

  • Explore a whole health approach to resilience for you and your clients that restores the body, quiets the mind, and ignites the human spirit
     

  • Master unique and surprisingly effective strategies for both energizing or deeply calming the autonomic nervous system (and these techniques can be used on yourself starting immediately!)
     

  • Collectively address the reality of compassion fatigue and explore tips and ideas for navigating post-COVID counseling challenges and reclaiming the joy of the profession
     

  • Discover personally how yoga and breathwork can positively shift emotions and perspective
     

  • Take a well deserved break for yourself!

Your Facilitators:

Nicole Lovald, LAMFT, RYT500, has been leading retreats since becoming a yoga teacher in 2012. She is the owner of Healing with Heart Integrative Psychotherapy & co-owner of Spirit of the Lake Yoga.

Heidi Kopacek, PsyD, LP, RYT is a mindfulness-based therapist at Healthwise Behavioral Health. She focuses on holistic approach to emotional health and weaves this into her classes as a yoga teacher.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made 60 days in advance of the retreat.

Any cancellations within 60 days of the retreat will forfeit any/all payments made.

Covid Policy

We will abide by the policies at Wild Rice Retreat Center as well as what is being required by the CDC and MN/WI State Health Guidelines. Policies are subject to adjust and change to adhere to such requirements and with the safety of all at the forefront.
