Integrative Psychotherapy
Telehealth & in-person sessions available

Working from the perspective that everyone has the tools to heal within them, Nicole guides her clients to uncover their hidden potential and ability to heal. Utilizing an integrative approach to health and healing, Nicole weaves in Western medicine with Eastern modalities and practices. Nicole incorporates mindfulness, breathwork, guided imagery and relaxation, energy healing, as well as mind-body medicine techniques into her practice, when and where it is appropriate for clients. She brings in a whole person (mind, body, and spirit) approach to working with her clients therapeutically.

Nicole works with all ages, from kids who may be struggling with anxiety or school pressures, to adults who are experiencing a life transition, grief, stress, or any other life challenge. Her training in marriage and family therapy has provided her with the tools to work with couples and entire family systems as well.

Healing with heart happens when we slow down to take a pause and reflect on our patterns, our beliefs and connection to our higher self. Nicole believes that at our core we have all that we need, sometimes we just need support to come back to our center and reconnect with our truest self.

I am not contracted as in-network with any insurance providers. As an out of network provider you may be eligible for reimbursement. You can submit your receipt or a super bill (provided if needed) to your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement.

In addition, clients may use a HSA or FSA card. All payments are due at time of service, payable by cash, check and major credit cards.

Thoughts about insurance...

Therapists who accept insurance are required to submit a diagnosis to your insurance company and the diagnosis will be in your permanent health care records. There are times that a diagnosis can be necessary and helpful, yet there are times when you may not fully fit the criteria of a diagnosis and it could keep you from being eligible for services.

By choosing not to be a part of the western medical model, you will be provided with more flexibility within your session to explore a variety of healing modalities. In addition, you will not be labeled with a mental health condition or diagnosis, unless deemed necessary.

"Nicole was my coach and mentor during 2020-2021. With the pandemic in full swing, she showed me how to use meditation appropriately.  Through her guidance with meditation, allowed me to improve my understanding of myself and what I needed.  Taking care of my needs first allowed me to be a better husband, dad, friend and employee. My personal and professional relationships improved significantly with her guidance and coaching.  Nicole has a gentle spirit but understands how to hold her clients accountable for their progress.  Her deep insights, exposed truths about myself that were unknown to me until working with her.  I strongly encourage anyone to give Nicole and her methods a try."
