Your past doesn’t define you. All of the experiences you have had led you to this moment, right here, right now. Embrace the present moment and learn to live a more fulfilling and purposeful life. Allow yourself the time and space to dream of your future, and then make the plans to get there, one breath at a time.
You deserve Love. Respect. Kindness. Compassion. Fulfillment. Joy. Freedom. Passion. Connection.
Throughout this journey of life we are all met with suffering, yet we can create the life that we have imagined for ourselves and heal our hearts, bodies, minds, and souls. With a combination of western sciences and eastern modalities, I am here to help you reclaim your connection to peace. Your heart has the ability to heal, your mind has the power to rewire stuck patterns and your body can release emotions. Together, with this mind-body-spirit approach, you can consciously transform your life.
I am here to help you heal. With a heart-centered and nurturing approach, I create the space for you to step into your highest self. Whether that is as a parent, a partner, an employee, an employer, or simply a human being on this planet.

“Nicole’s therapy practice is a natural progression of her yoga practice, where I was first introduced to her calm, caring and intuitive teaching. Nicole provides a safe place to explore; skillfully guiding when to get curious, when to challenge perspectives, and when to take space for self-compassion. The analogy of my therapy journey is that of a camera aperture – the opening though which light travels – as mine had become hardened in a narrow perspective. Nicole’s gift has been to encourage a gentle expansion to that range of opening to facilitate seeing my life with depth, beauty, and compassion. In some respect, it has been yoga for the mind.”
"Having someone to talk to, someone to ask the hard questions that we are unwilling to ask ourselves, someone to help us see more clearly: these are the reasons I keep coming back to meet with Nicole. I sought her expertise during a very hard time. Nicole integrates Eastern + Western therapies to provide holistic mental health care. I've always believed that good therapy should feel like having a cup of coffee with a friend & Nicole delivers on that. She listens, she questions and then she closes the loop by providing strategies to practice so that I can act within intention, rather than react out of fear. Working with Nicole is helping me treat myself with grace and be a better mom, wife, entrepreneur & human."
"Nicole has a centered yet spirited approach to therapy that reminds you of who you truly are. Through mindfulness practices, Nicole gently pushes you to shift focus inwards, feel, forgive, and let go. Sessions are thought provoking and safe, and she is so effortlessly relatable and inquisitive! Working with Nicole has manifested in my daily practice of grounded presence in each moment. Reverence for the experiences that shape us but do not define us is called in with Nicole Lovald, and I could not wholeheartedly recommend her more."
"Nicole is warm, kind, thoughtful, and intelligent. Through my work in the mental health industry I have met dozens of therapists. I am so grateful that out of all of them I get to work with Nicole, you will be too."
