Reconnect
with
Your Inner & Outer Nature

Wild Rice Retreat Center
Bayfield, WI
April 28-30th, 2023

In every walk in with nature, one receives far more than he seeks.
John Muir

Sometimes we need to hit pause, have a change of scenery, and surround ourselves with the healing elements in nature to remember who we are and what is important to us. Returning to our true nature is an act of self-care and something that doesn't happen without conscious effort. That is what this yoga and wellness retreat is all about.

Spend a weekend convening with the elements of earth, water, fire and air. Spend time in community and in solitude. Move your body with daily yoga and hiking. Get still with guided meditation,  sound healing, and time for rest. Cleanse yourself in the sauna onsite or in the healing waters of Lake Superior. Burn away what has been keeping you from feeling centered and connected.
